Files and conversions
Supported conversions run on your device. FileZivo does not receive or store the content, file name or converted result.
Accounts and payments
When you sign in or buy a plan, FileZivo stores the minimum account and transaction data needed to confirm the purchase. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by FileZivo.
Technical data
The hosting platform may process standard security and access logs such as IP address, browser type and request time.
Optional measurement
Google measurement is loaded only after you accept it. File contents, file names and payment-card data are never sent to Google.
